If you received a damaged item or something is incorrect with your order, please reach out to us via email. Please make sure to include clear photos of the issue in the case of a damaged item.

Can I cancel my order?
We are able to cancel unshipped orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.
We cannot guarantee cancellation if your order has already been prepared for shipment.
Can I change the email address for my order?

Can I edit or add to my order?
If your order is not shipped when we receive your request, and you are editing the size on your item, we are able to change this for you, assuming there is inventory in the new size requested.
However, once an order is placed, we are unable to add to the order or change the product type. You may request to cancel and refund your order so that you can place a new one, assuming the order has not shipped yet.
