Please ensure that you save the tracking information for your return shipment. If you do not have tracking information, we are unable to assist you with an exchange. We are not responsible for your exchange item until it arrives back at our warehouse.
Once we receive the item back at our facility, our team will reach out via email to invoice you the exchange fee and confirm sending the new item. If the item you are exchanging is under 1lb, you will be charged $10.00 USD. If the item is over 1lb, you will be charged $15.00 USD.
Once the invoice is paid, we will process the exchange. Kindly note, the exchange process may take a few weeks.
We reserve the right to deny an exchange pending the condition of the item(s) returned.
How long does a refund take after my order has been cancelled?
Once we have confirmed that the refund/cancellation has been processed, most will clear on your bank statement within a few days. However, in some cases, it can take up to 7-10 business days to fully clear.
Please note, we are only able to refund to the original payment method used when placing the order.
